Remote monitoring and management

Know every machine.
Fix it before anyone calls.

A lightweight Windows agent, a console that loads fast, and the automation an admin needs: patch windows, scripts that report honestly, alerts that act.

Everything an evaluator asks about

Patching with maintenance windows

Windows, driver and third-party updates by policy and approval level. Recurring maintenance windows per org, group, tag or machine: alerts stay quiet and patches and reboots only run inside the window.

Scripts that never lie

Run saved PowerShell on one machine or a whole group. Full stdout, stderr and exit code are stored per run. A non-zero exit is a failure, never a silent success.

Alerts that fix themselves

Rules on CPU, disk, offline, patch state, SMART failure and more. Attach a script and the rule runs it before a human sees the alert, with a cooldown and a daily cap so nothing loops.

Custom fields and tags

Asset tag, owner, location, warranty, criticality: define the fields once, fill them per device, filter and group on them, put them in reports.

Dynamic groups

Groups that build themselves from any field: OS build, model, tag, custom field, disk pressure. Target policies, scripts and maintenance windows at them.

Report builder

Pick columns from device, inventory, patch, alert, tag and custom-field data, add filters, preview, export CSV, then schedule it to arrive by email every morning.

Remote access

Terminal and remote desktop from the machine page, gated by two-factor step-up and the organization's kill switch. Every session is audited.

Inventory and security posture

Hardware, software, BitLocker keys, antivirus state, Secure Boot and TPM, warranty lookups for Dell and Lenovo, compliance policies with pass/fail per device.

API, webhooks, phone push

Read or write API keys, signed webhooks on every alert, Slack and Teams, and push alerts on your phone with Acknowledge and Open ticket buttons.

An alert row with Machine, Run script, Ticket and Acknowledge actions

Alert to action in one click

Every alert row carries the four verbs an on-call person needs: open the machine, run a script, open a ticket, acknowledge. On a phone the same four arrive as a notification.

  • Alerts grouped by rule, counted by machine, not by row
  • Maintenance windows and per-machine maintenance mode silence what should be silent
  • Recovery alerts when a condition clears
