An asset register that fills itself in.
Every machine the RMM manages and every device discovery finds on the network is already in the register, with serial, model, warranty and the person who has it. You add the monitors and the phones. Nobody types a serial number twice.
What you never have to enter
Hardware from the RMM
Manufacturer, model, serial, CPU, memory, disk and OS come from the agent's inventory and stay current on every sync. Warranty end dates come from the RMM's vendor lookups.
Devices from the network
Printers, switches, access points, NAS boxes and cameras found by network discovery arrive as assets of the right kind, with vendor, IP and MAC.
Custodian, detected
The user the RMM sees signed in becomes the custodian, matched to your user list. It updates when the laptop changes hands, unless you pin it.
Owner, assigned
Owner is who is responsible: pick a user or type a department. Tiles show every asset with no owner or no custodian so the gaps close.
Lifecycle and history
In use, in stock, in repair, retired, lost. A machine that leaves the RMM retires itself. Every change is logged with who and when.
CSV both ways
Export the register, edit it in a spreadsheet, import it back. Rows that match a tag or serial update in place; new rows are created.
